A Case of Weber- Christian Disease

Abstract

|
This weber-chrisiam disease is counted as a rare dissease in Korea althugh there are some reported on this disease in America,Japan and Europian countries.
Our department have had an experience on this dissease of a typical one from clinical and histopathological evidence and it is thought to be a first reported in this country.
1) The case was 43 years old woman with the typical lesions on both arms.
2) There was no fever and no other eremarkable symptoms except a slight general weakness during 13 years.
3) The treatment of prednisolone and streptomycin was not efective on this case.
